Here's a little about me.
I was born and raised in Georgia.
As a child I attended Summer Camp. One summer, I came home and drew out the blueprint of my dream camp. This was my introduction to design, and the great outdoors. Spoiler alert: both stuck.
In undergrad I studied New Media Arts, but fell in love with User Experience Design after taking a class on Usability Testing. I followed the experience up with an internship in Enterprise User Experience at The Home Depot, which I've continued into graduate school.
Speaking of Graduate School, I currently attend Georgia Institute of Technology where I am pursuing a master's degree in Human Computer Interaction in the Digital Media track.
I have an interest in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Physical Prototyping for UX. I'm a firm believer that not every problem can be solved with a sleek mobile app UI.
I spend most of my free time outside! I enjoy climbing, backpacking, and mountain biking. I once stayed awake from 12:00am to 6:00am listening to what might have been a bear outside of my tent.
